There is no company too big or too small for an HR audit. We’ve worked with companies that don’t have any HR and don’t know where to start as well as companies with a whole HR department that want a full-scale independent review of how human resources is performing.

No matter the size of your business, it is important that Human Resources is aligned with the business strategy and the goals of the organization. Why? When HR is aligned with the organization’s goals, it results in predictable performance and a very productive business.

An HR Audit is an in-depth review of your human resource practices, procedures and policies. But don’t let that scare you. We promise to do the heavy lifting. We start the process by giving you a very detailed checklist to review before we come in.

Our Process/Steps for HR Audits

Determine the scope

In doing your HR Audit, the first thing that we are going to do is to determine the scope to develop a plan. In this process, we will sit down with your team to discuss on the Scope of work by looking at your policies and specific HR Functions.

Gather and Analyze Data

After working on the Scope and the preceding plan, we will come into the organization to gather the relevant data as well as review the current company policies. We will use this to prepare a report of the finding that can be actioned upon.

Create Action Plan

After we are done with the report and data analysis, we will have a sit down with the organization's executives to prepare and execute an action plan which will then be monitored through constant evaluations to ensure effectiveness.
